At FRETTOPIS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and simple process for returns and refunds. Please read the details below to understand our return and refund process.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- The item must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories still attached (if applicable).
- Certain items, such as opened or used household products, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable at checkout.
2. How to Return an Item
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements. If the item is approved for return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@frettopis.xyz or call 936-628-9872. We will offer you a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference, and cover the return shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please initiate a return first (following the steps above) and place a new order for the item you would like. Unfortunately, we are unable to directly exchange products.
6. Late Returns
Returns received after the 30-day return window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We recommend that you return items as soon as possible to ensure they meet the return eligibility requirements.
